Shipping Commitment

At torfrees, we carefully prepare every resin art ornament order and work with trusted logistics partners to provide reliable delivery service and transparent shipment updates.

All orders placed through torfrees.com begin processing within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays and weekends).

Orders submitted after 2:00 PM EST will enter the processing queue on the following business day. Once your order is confirmed, an automatic confirmation email will be sent to your provided contact email address.

We currently do not deliver to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO military mailing addresses.

Delivery times are estimated reference values calculated from the date the parcel is dispatched, not from the date the order is submitted.

International parcels usually arrive within 10–20 business days, depending on customs clearance efficiency, local regulations, and regional logistics conditions.

Any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, and local clearance fees generated during international shipping are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in product prices or shipping fees.

Xi'an Siwei Technology Group Co., Ltd. cannot compensate for delays caused by customs inspections or customs-related restrictions.

After your order is transferred to the logistics carrier, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number.

You can use this tracking number to check your parcel delivery progress and shipment updates.

Delivery delays may occur due to uncontrollable circumstances, including:

• Severe weather conditions
• Carrier operational delays
• Holiday shipping volume increases
• Customs inspection procedures

torfrees is not responsible for losses caused by third-party logistics delays.

If your package arrives seriously damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us at service@torfrees.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged package and resin ornament. After verification, our team will arrange a replacement or refund solution.

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing checkout. Once an order has been dispatched to the carrier, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
